Steve Narad

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Steve Narad began his career as a Meteorologist in the United States Air Force, providing weather forecasts for pilots, including those supporting Air Force One. This experience shaped his focus on precision, responsibility, and mission success.

 

After his military service, Steve earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Tampa. He now serves as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Business Developer in the government contracting sector, representing a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) specializing in IT. He connects top talent with mission-critical government programs in this role while driving business growth.

 

Steve lives in Tampa with his wife and two young sons. He continues to embody the values of service, commitment, and leadership throughout his professional and personal life.
