Nicol Roldan has been a dedicated member of the national security and healthcare support community since her retirement from the United States Air Force. Over the course of her distinguished military career, she served in leadership roles across Diagnostic Imaging, security management, and executive administration, culminating as the Security Manager for the 6th Medical Group at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. In this capacity, she safeguarded critical hospital assets, ensured mission readiness, and mentored hundreds of Airmen.
Representing Diamond Empowered Staffing, where she now serves as Chief Executive Officer, Nicol brings more than 20 years of leadership and operational expertise to the healthcare and professional services industry. Her company specializes in delivering innovative, mission-ready staffing solutions to federal agencies and private-sector partners.
She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Radiology, and a Master’s Degree in Allied Health Sciences, along with multiple professional military education certifications. Her exemplary service has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, the NATO Medal, and the Martin Luther King Jr. Humanitarian Award.
