AFCEA GTB July 2026 Luncheon

Please join us as we welcome Ms. Ashley Farrier and Mr. Paul Ward as guest speakers of our July Luncheon. Ms. Farrier currently serves as the Director of the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). As Director, Ms. Farrier has assisted the USSOCOM acquisition workforce with advancing small business participation in Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique procurements since August 2022. Mr. Ward is a Small Business Professional with the Office of Small Business Programs for the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) at MacDill AFB, Fl.  He assists small businesses in understanding and navigating the government procurement process, and reviews USSOCOM procurements to maximize opportunities for SBs and ensure compliance with small business regulations.
