AFCEA Greater Tampa Bay Chapter is pleased to have Mr. Norm Hooten, Founder of Hooten Young Whiskey and Cigars as our special guest speaker at our April Luncheon. Portrayed as “Hoot” in the Hollywood epic Black Hawk Down, Norm played an integral role in the 1993 Battle of Mogadishu as part of Operation Gothic Serpent – a mission that reshaped U.S. Military strategy and planning for generations to come.
